PAMing — Good = Charge station out (item_process, process_station='Charge'). Failed = Charge scrap pieces ÷ 5, rounded down (charge_scrap_log records pieces; 5 pcs = 1 part). Processed = Good + Failed.
Press — Good = Molding station out, good qty (mfg_move station='Molding'). Failed = Molding lost_qty + fail_qty.
Deflash — Good = Deflash station out, good qty. Failed = Deflash lost_qty + fail_qty.
FRAME FQC — Good = FRAME FQC station out. Failed = FRAME FQC fail_qty (fail only; lost excluded).
Overmolding — Good = Overmolding station out (OM vendor return, good). Failed = Overmolding lost_qty + fail_qty.
Final Inspection — Good = NPG FQC out_qty (PASS only). Failed = NPG FQC lost_qty + fail_qty.
Total — row-wise sum across all workcenters (Forming Failed N/A counted as 0); Yield = Total Good / Total Processed. Adjustment/zero-out rows (note 調整/歸零) are excluded from Good throughout.
