Why:When something goes wrong on the floor (wrong entry, need an engineer), you don't have to leave your station to find someone — three fields and submit, and the handler gets a Teams notification. The ticket only closes after the handler reports back, so nothing gets lost.
Pick the station (where it happened).
Pick the event (e.g. wrong entry, call engineer; options are maintained by engineers on the Data Edit page).
Scan your operator ID; add a one-line note if needed (optional).
Press Submit and confirm — a Teams card is sent to the handler (with an "Open" button to the handling page).
After submitting you'll see the ticket number and the Teams delivery result — just wait, no need to resubmit.
Quantity-entry pages also have a collapsible "Made a mistake? Quick report" mini-form at the bottom — the station is pre-filled for that page.
Correction Request
Just file the ticket for the handler to follow up — nothing in the database is changed directly; the ticket closes only after the handler reports back.
