Closing sets this prod date's FRAME FQC available-to-judge qty to 0 (marked as received, no loss recognized); the prod date disappears from the available list above. Deflash out records and every station's "out" qty are unaffected (month-end output per station is still based on out records). Afterward, use "Manual inspection entry" below to enter the actual PASS/FAIL. This action requires the engineer password.
